Brant McGettrick

Brant McGettrick is a Senior Vice-President and Private Client Advisor with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Brant  works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and private equity partners to help identify and address distinctive wealth management needs. He directs the coordination and delivery of integrated strategies across multiple disciplines, including investments, trust and estate planning services, philanthropy, family office services, and private banking.

Brant is particularly skilled in helping clients streamline personal and professional financial lives. He is experienced in navigating the intersection of family and business wealth with a focus on identifying potential efficiencies. Brant not only channels his own insight and that of the larger U.S. Trust® team, but also the experiences and best practices of an accomplished group of client peers.

Brant has worked in wealth management since 1994. Prior to joining U.S. Trust, he was a Vice President at BNY Mellon, where he counseled clients on a range of financial needs. His experience also includes tenures with Wells Fargo, North American Management Corp., and Argent Wealth Management, where he provided wealth strategy and services to high-net-worth clients.

Brant earned his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Sloan School of Business and his M.S. in Taxation from Northeastern University. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.

Brant is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Boston Estate Planning Council.* He is very active in the family business community and has served on the board of the Family Business Association of Massachusetts.
