Matthew St. Germaine

Matthew St. Germaine is a Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Southeastern Massachusetts Market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.  In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions.  Matt’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Matt joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2006 in the Providence market.  Over his banking career, he has held various positions in client management and small business banking.  Prior to joining the Southeastern Massachusetts team, Matt managed small business relationships covering the Brooklyn/Manhattan Market for six years.  He has been in his current position since 2015 helping mid-sized companies with their commercial banking needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Matt volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on finding a cure for cancer, most recently with Dana Farber’s Marathon Challenge.  Matt has run in 15 marathons across the country including Chicago, New York and Boston (five times).  He also serves as a mentor to teammates across Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a volunteer for Inner City Capital Connections.

Originally from Sturbridge, MA, Matt graduated with a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island with a focus on American History and English Literature.  He resides in North Attleboro, MA with his wife Michelle and son Charlie.
